mysql problem

When i try to open my site i get following error message:

When i try to open my database on phpmyadmin on cpanel, i get this error:

#1129 - Host 'int.starka.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'

A few servers are being changed around, mainly the lotus one, The Mysql databases are also being changed (probly maintanance)
Sit it out for a few hours and hopefully it will fix

Kiss of death, but

Lotus seems to be up. MySql included. Seems to be fast, but that might be because of lack of users at the moment.

Thanks for reply, But today i am again facing problem, when i open my page on site or when i try to go to phpmyadmin from cpanel i get error "Too many connection open".

Is there some limitation on mysql db for conncurrent connections?

i can open my site now but when i want to login to my cpannel i see this!!!
