MySQL problem

This error message comes:
Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 111 in /home/xxxxx/public_html/sqltesti2.php on line 2

I can't take a connection.

make sure you are using locahost as your database host.
