Either I get
Warning: mysqli_connect() [function.mysqli-connect]: (00000/1135): Can't create a new thread (errno 12); if you are not out of available memory, you can consult the manual for a possible OS-dependent bug
or, it won't recognize the MySQL user/password and fails to log in.
I have tried the xtreemhost servers and my website works perfectly fine there, and I have never had any problems like this.

I can't log into PHP My Admin either! From what I can tell, this is not just effecting me. Even prime members are being inconvenienced by this issue. :frown:
