1. Launching phpMyAdmin from cPanel, yields a new browser tab asking for login credentials. Neither my x10 account login, or a username and password created for the MySQL database work.
2. Launching MySQL® Databases from cPanel (on vox.x10.mx server) yields:
The MySQL server is currently offline.
Error while connecting to MySQL: Couldn't connect to /var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock: connect: Connection refused
3. cPanel still shows vox.x10.mx. Shouldn't it be one of x01/x02/x03?
Potential helpful info:
Server (as shown in the address bar while using cPanel): vox.x10.mx
Error Log (from cPanel Logs section): empty
error_log file (in a directory where a php file exists), is chock full of entries like the following:
[30-Apr-2014 09:38:04 America/New_York] PHP Warning: mysqli_connect(): (HY000/2002): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (111) in /home/xxxxxxx/xxxxxxx/xxxxxxx.php on line 10
