Mysql repair - Admin needed

Before cossacks got started moving I had done some things in my forum and now when cossacks was done some of the things before had either gotten corrupted or missing, I thought i had made a backup of my mysql database before the moves on cossacks and i did so i restored it with that but it was waaaaayy before i had edited some things and done some changes. I was wondering if corey made a backup on a disc of the mysql databases before the move and if they did could an admin overwrite the one in my account with the backup, if no backups were made then oh well.

- My Database should be named longley_phpb1
- My cpanel username is longley
and my website is travislongley.pcriot.com

of course i was on the server cossacks....

Crossacks is undergoing work. Once it's complete, databases will be restored to the way they were pre-work.

He said cossacks was done! (Here) I goofed up after mine got restored, i need it restored again...
