MySQL Server Down

As of just now the MySQL Server doesn't seem to be responding,

SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (111 "Connection refused") [2002]

I'm having the same problem. It might be a problem with the hosting.

Here is my error:

MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
2002 - Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2 "No such file or directory")
Query:
[READ] Unable to connect to MySQL server
Please contact the MyBB Group for technical support.

We're experiencing an issue with InnoDB on this server preventing MySQL from working properly. It is being worked on and the MySQL server may go up and down while we resolve the issue.
