mysql server isn't showing up in phmyadmin

I created a db called rycon17_2, named user rycon17_3 with all permissions and now I can't get to it in phpmyadmin. I've deleted and recreated this db 3 times. What's going on?

Does this database show up in the MySQL Databases in cPanel?

Also, please be patient -- it usually takes up to 24 hours to get a response here.

ah.. I'll keep that mind for the future, and yes, it shows up in cpanel just not phpmyadmin.

I am going to get in touch with the admins to see if we can figure out why phpmyadmin is not showing your databases, please be patient while we investigate.

Anyone have any luck in finding out what happened because I checked it a few ago and it's still not there.
