MySQL server problems

yesterday i installed wordpress for my blog @
http://josephsator.exofire.net/therock/ using the fantastico auto installation. It was successfully installed and running but the problem is sometimes, it is down. I dont know what's the problem if it is in you sql server or its in my account. please help and also provide some tips inorder to prevent this kind of problem. thanks!
