In cpanel, I can't connect to mysql. It says that mysql server's down. But I was quite intrigued when I saw that my joomla page's loading without any problem (I mean, it loads slow, but it loads), and I can login in administrator area.
Is this some problem with cpanel, and if so, can I somehow download tables from my database, becouse I want to moove it to localhost.
