MySQL sever offline

Going to my site http://dominiclopez.x10.bz/ list an error, 'Error establishing a database connection'

When I try to access my MySQL Databasses I get the prompt that the server is offline.

MySQL went down momentarily on chopin for unknown reasons, but it is back up now.
