MySQL still not working on my account on Starka

I posted a support ticket 3-4 days ago. Here's the last thread. MySQL still isnt working on my account which is located in Starka server. I get the same od error "Access Denied" when I open phpMyAdmin.

My thread was elevated to administrator I guess and I got an email reply sayin:

This should now be sorted, it is confirmed to be working on our test account on Starka.

But as I said its still not working, and I think the problem is just with my account.

Your previous ticket is still open go there and post a new reply to notify admin that your are facing problem till now...

When I log on to http://support.x10hosting.com using my forum ID/Password I dont see any tickets listed in "View Tickets" and when I use the Email/random Genrated Password sent to me as email, I get following error

ERROR: You do not have enough permissions to access this page. Please log in by entering your e-mail address and password.

Create you own support ticket. don`t hijack others.

I am escalating this one to ticket area. Login there and see it.
