MySQL Time Zone

I can't seem to be able to set the Timezone of mySQL Database, and I don't know how to setup up my own PMA.
so How do I set it using your CPanel to GMT +2:00 TimeZone?

You cannot change the MySQL timezone, since this is a global setting that would affect all users of the server. What you should do instead is account for the current MySQL timezone in your scripts and add/subtract hours as needed.
