Mysql trying to connect to another database.

I am having a system where it connects to another database that isnt part of this system, but I am free am I not allowed to do that?

Correct, you can not connect to a database that is located outside of our network on free hosting, nor would you be able to connect to a database in your account from a location outside of our network (ie from home computer).
