MySQL Username and Database do not save

There seems to be a problem with my absolut server. After I create a MySQL account and i attempt to join it to the database they don't seem to appear. If I create a username when I go back to the page for creating a database the username has been deleted.

Absolut is currently being transferred and access to the MySQL server is not currently available. When the transfer is complete, your databases will be restored.
