Does the free hosting include MySQL? If so, whats the database name or how do i create a MySQL Database.

1) Yes
2) and 3) Use the "Mysql Databases" or "Mysql Database Wizard" tool in your CPanel, located here: http://stoli.x10hosting.com/cpanel

Note that when you create a database or user, that database or user will automatically be named with your cpanel name in front of it. For example, if I create the database "test" it will really be named "garrett_test" if my cpanel name was "garrett"

also note that if you plan on using PHPMyAdmin, it may be slow/down.
