hi i am tryig to set up joomla cms i have uploaded the files i need to i have created the mysql databasebut during the joomla set up i am asked for the mysql host name can you help please

For every free account, on any free server, the MYSQL database server is localhost.

In the future, check the Free Hosting FAQ's first, because the answer to your question could have been found there.
