I need to install my mediaWIKI in my space so i need the Mysql parameters (user, password) to be able to add my database . is there any others methods ??

Go to cPanel and then click MySQL databases. Add new database and user, then link user with database with all privileges.

Then use these parameters in mediaWIKI installation.
