Prompt options MySQL, it is necessary for site installation:

1 Name of a host

2 User name

3 Password

4 Name of a database

Create these in cPanel -- > Databases --> MySQL Database Wizard
Username:
Password:
Name of database:

Username and database name should be in the format cpanelusername_dbname

In the wizard, when asked, be sure to select ALL PRIVILEGES.
