mysql_connect() gives error Access denied

The fallowing error I get is Access denied for user @'int.absolut.x10hosting.com' (using password: YES). I do not know what the problem is, if I have to fix it or if it is an error that has to be fixed on the web hosting side. If so what steps I have to take to inform them. Thanks.......

Your account is on the Absolut server which is currently being transferred on another server.
