I hesitated to make this post as there seems to be a few other posts with the same issue. However, they are all dated 2006 and there are no resolving posts, as if the issue some how fixed itself.
Right now I cannot get on myphpAdmin. When I try to log-in I am redirected to a red screen stating that "There are too many connections". What is, or has been, the cause for receiving this error? and, what do I do to get back on myphpAdmin and using my databases?
Edit:
Also, under my server status it says:
Disk /dev/sda3 (/var) is at 100%
ftpd Failed
httpd (1.3.39 (Unix)) Failed
I have no idea what happened.
