I've been seeing an error that reads

"Cannot load from mysql.proc."

Doing a little research on that I found that I need to run "mysql_upgrade"... unfortunately I have no idea how to do that. Something that I was reading said I'd have to shut the server down and then start it back up...

If you need to run a different version of MySQL than everyone else, you're going to need to get a VPS. On shared hosting, you need to use what's installed (everyone shares the MySQL installation).

When does it happen? What URLs or activities?
When did the problem start?

The link to the page is here http://lowbiasgaming.x10.mx/new/m_game.php but you may need admin privileges to access it...
There's a form we fill out to add a new series of videos to the site through the databse, when we click the "Save New Game" button the error that comes up reads...

"ERROR: There was an error preparing the add game query for database(i): Cannot load from mysql.proc. The table is probably corrupted
Might want to let someone know about that."

The normal guy we've got that works on this stuff isn't going to be available for a couple weeks so I'm trying to get it fixed as best as I can... though I know next to nothing about how he set this stuff up.

It didn't start happening till after the migration and we got all the databases back from x10 about a month after that.
