I get this error when I try to access http://shawntc.x10hosting.com/picard-page.php:

Could not connect: Host 'int.boru.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'
It could be because I've modified and uploaded that page and another PHP script file that works with it several times over the past few days, and I suppose that as a result the server thought I was doing something wrong. Being a PHP/SQL noob, I don't know what to do in this case.
