Mysqli module no work un my host

Hello:

I have created a website co8001swl.cu using the WordPress CMS and even though I have installed it through Softaculuos when I have tried to access the website or the admin it tells me that the MySQLi module is not active, and when checking in the PHP section, the module is active. I have tried all the possible solutions that I have found in this forum, but it seems that it is something at the server level, please @spacresx @Anna @Eric S could you take a look at my account?
