não consigo acessar o Cpanel

quando vou fazer login no meu Cpanel lotus.x10hosting.com:2083 eu coloco as informações:
username: samurai
password: Removed.
12345m foi a senha que mudei mas dá a mensagem: Login Attempt Failed!
o que estou fazendo de errado?

Reset your password ASAP through x10hosting.com/control - we NEVER ask for your password, and because of free hosting tickets going to the forum first, you just exposed your password to everyone.

Under no circumstance -ever- should you give your password out. Period.


As for the login attempt failed, I'm not personally sure as Lotus's cpanel is up and running. Try it again after changing your password though.
