Name Server infomation

I've just changed my primary domain to my own domain: www.iblisuk.com
Then changed my name server infomation to:

ns1.x10hosting.com
74.86.117.243

ns2.x10hosting.com
74.86.117.241

My domain company has sent me an email saying that my site has been succesfully transferred to these nameservers. When I try to connect to the site it still points me back to the stand page of the company that I bought the domain from (Telivo is the company if thats any help), I also get an error message "Error: Host Not Accessible" when I try and connect to my cpannel. Am I using the wrong name servers? Or do I just need to wait for my site to be updated in the whois directory? Or is it something else, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nameservers should set to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com, Once they are changed, login to www.x10hosting.com/login and find the "Account Details" section, check the box to use your own domain and enter it there. Or, you can "Park" it in the cPanel section of your website to keep your existing domain as your main one.

I've changed my nameservers and set my domain to iblisuk.com. Now when ever I try access the site or the cpannel and I still get "Error: Host Not Accessible". Any other ideas?
