What do I do?

Seems to me the domain is locked. You may want to login to Namecheap, unlock the domain and try changing the nameservers again.

How many of the nameservers did you list? I saw your other post, and you only need to put the ns1 and ns2 nameservers.

The problem is: Cannot get list of existing nameservers

Make sure that all the old nameserver's are removed and try to re-do the nameservers. If not, please contact NameCheap and see if they can change it manually.

This was freshly bought, so I guess I'll try contacting namecheap.
