Hi!

I'm trying to use ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com to my .com account, however, it refuses the connection and do not allow me to use it. It automatically inserts the 99.198.122.2 (for ns1) and 108.178.57.230 (ns2), but it doesnt work. Could anyone please help me?!

Thanks in advance.

You should be talking to your domain registrar if their system will not set the nameservers the way you want.

Indeed, the problem persists. The domain register asked me to "talk" to the host (x10hosting), so that this can indicate that the domain is parked in this host, so that it can enable using the ns1/ns2.x10hosting.com DNS nameservers.

I dont know how to do that. When I try associating such a domain through cpanel (either as an addon or as a parked domain), the following message is given:

Using nameservers with the following IPs: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX,XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX. Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.

It's a kind of infinite loop, b/c the domain ask me to point out in the host that such a domain will be hosted there (indeed, the domain register has used a default DNS, and do not let me change it unless I use a DNS of a host that "knows" my domain is parked there), and here the x10hosting says that it can't make the correct association.
