ok i used 000webhost and after i used it for a while i saw this one and this hosting service has mutch better agreements like unlimited disk and bordband i like that but i changed the namesevers in co.cc to
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

but still sends me to 000webhost and i waited over 24H
and still no change so whats the problem please any one help me

I go to the site on x10hosting (ping) as does a test using network-tools.com

Your branch of the Web has the old DNS info because you accessed it before changing while I just tried, which means I get current info.

It can take up to 36-48hr for the old DNS info to be flushed from parts of the Web.

Be patient.
