That looks correct for your server.
However, you typically would choose either nameservers or A records. Depending on the situation, nameservers are usually preferred since it won't change even if the servers change. When you use nameservers, any A records you set at your domain registrar wouldn't have any effect since the nameservers mean your domain's DNS records are at x10hosting instead.
If you choose A records, your domain's nameservers would point to your domain registrar.
