hello i hv a purchased domain called metalbase.in i have set the nameservers as ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com but it has been 3 days and it's still not accepting my index url. what do i do?is there some more changes to be made?

Your domain metalbase.in doesn't show any DNS records nor you had parked it in your account.Double check it.
