need a answer on this one???

ok i'm going to make a site where you can watch movies online......but first i want to know if it's ok to do what i'm going to do without getting my account suspended or even terminated....

Here is what i was going to do......

I was going to have links to movies online but not host them on my site they will be hosted on others (google video,megavideo etc..)

It would be kinda like the website watch-movies.com and quicksilverscreen.com......

just links to online movies and no hosting.....

i'm posting this just to find out will i be able to do this on my hosting account without it getting suspended or terminated....

so could someone please answer my question?????

because i rather ask first then regret it later............

Well here is section #1 of the TOS =

1. Server Usage
Personal accounts are to be used by the primary owner only. Personal account holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away web-hosting services of their website to other parties. Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site. Exceptions to this include ad banners, classified ads, and personal ads. x10Hosting reserves the right to refuse service and /or access to its servers to anyone. Each individual is allowed ONE account only. x10Hosting does not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:
» Illegal Material : This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation. You may not store copyrighted Mp3s on your webspace in any way shape or form.

» Adult Material : Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of x10Hosting.

» Warez : Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. *{Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material}*.

» Anime : Copyrighted anime is not allowed on our servers. This includes variations of anime including manga, hentai etc. *{Also inlcudes any sites which provide links to information about such material}*. If you created the material yourself, you may host the content on your site.

» Proxies : We do not allow proxies of any kind on our servers.

in summary...there will be no problem if you are hosting your movies at servers other than x10.
is that movies legal? Adult content?

The website to which you are linking should be legal and should have the rights to play online movies. If you are found linking to sites that offer free movie downloads or something that is illegal, you will be suspended.

ok so wat your saying is i'm allowed to do as long as the movies are hosted on legal sites????......well i they are legal like google videos are legal and so is megavideos......

EDIT: ok well most of the sites i will be using to host movies i think you need to pay or pay for something to download.......
