need a Flash IRC Client [More Details in Post]

I am looking for a Flash IRC Client that is approximately 200px Wide.
If possible it needs to have an active users list that shows when you click a button that shows over the chat(to make more space).
It must also allow me to set the display name from a PHP Session Variable of the user, without the user being able to change there name.
