Need a person with good PHP knowledge

Here is waht I am working on:

I should make a fansite for Trackmania nations forever. I want that the visitors should be able to register and upload tracks and skins and rate and comment on them.

So this is needed:

Doing some features only for members (Uploads, rating, comments).
Comment script.
Ratingscript (I probably use Jordan Boesechs script for it).

For the upload, you would be able to show:

Screenshot
Author
Download count
added
Rating (only members can rate)
Download link
Comments (only members can comment)

Then on the frontpage, it would show the latest thumbnails and names of the 5 latest tracks/skins.

If the user don't upload an thumbnail it would show "no thumbnail" instead.


I will pay around 10 000 to 15 000 credits for it.

Ths would require: PHP and mySQL
