Need Admin to delete domain from DNS cluster

Hello,

I am trying to re-add my domain to my site after switching to a 3rd party DNS host. I encounter this error when trying to create an addon domain:

"A DNS entry for “tricitybandcorps.org” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed."

May an admin please remove my domain from the DNS cluster, or create the addon domain for me.

Looks like this domain is pointed to another IP, which is stopping it from being fully added.
