Need Database help if possible

Hi i'm sorry to ask this but i have no clue with databases. i'm running www.link-market.co.uk with joomla and today it has stopped working correctly. from what i can gather it is down to the database being either full or taking too long with requests and i have no clue how to sort it out >.<
can anyone offer any advice with what is being shown on site?

tyvm database issue has been resolved while i was out. what was the cause?
