Need exception for specific file - file size limit.

Hello. After I realized that particular gets disappeared from server twice, I searched and found that it is because new limits.
That is my video file I need for gallery. It is 19mb in size. The gallery doesn't support remote option, so there is no way to upload it somewhere else and use it. I kindly request to give an exception for that file. Thank you, in advance.

I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you. The exception comes with an upgrade to Prime. Otherwise, a very significant number of users will need exceptions for specific files, and those exceptions will need administration and oversight (the files themselves will have to be examined to determine their legitimacy/legality).

the current issue with that is - there is no way to upgrade a 'basic' free-hosting account...

IMO - no exception of the TOS - will be made for a 'basic' free-hosting account

That's very pity..Cause the file is very important in gallery. As, x10 is not interested in to assist in this, this means I need to figure out how to resolve on my own..
