Need Forum Converted

Hey there.. i have a IPB v2.1.3 forum but i want to convert to a phpBB forum with all my posts, members, postcounts, everything over.. i checked out the phpbb2 official forum and i got the converter and the readme, but im really crap with that kind of stuff.. i have everything i need im just crap and doing this stuff.

Im asking if someone will do it for me, and i will give alot of points for it???

i asked him but he was too busy.. its ok i got someone to do it for me and its done.. i just with someone like nedren would right a quick detailed quide so people like myself can learn and be able to do it ourself
