Need help connecting via FTP

Something has changed somewhere.

For years I've been able to connect but over the last few months I get
Status: Connect failed.
Error (67) - The network name cannot be found.

Where can I get information about this problem? Is there documentation anywhere about connection settings?

What is the network name you are trying to connect to?

grvs.x10host.com

These are the only 'names' I have. There is nothing specifically labeled "network name" (assuming it's different)

sounds like they are suffering multiple server failures
ever since removing the x3 cpanel theme.
i know it appears xo5.x10hosting is still running after switching
to the paper lantern cpanel. just saying.
