Need Help: Cpanel-Apache page displaying on my site

hi, my site at aitenshiproject.x10hosting.com is displaying the Apache-Cpanel page.

i've searched the forums for answers and found that many people experience this, but there is still no exact detail on how to solve this.

here is what i've done:

after i created my site at x10hosting, i setup a co.cc account and created theaitenshiproject.co.cc and pointed the nameservers to ns[1-4].everydns.net.

after propagation, i logged in to everydns.net, added theaitenshiproject.co.cc, remove the default values, then place the server IP address from the account page (stoli.x10) which is 74.86.116.188 to the "A Record" text box. i placed both theaitenshiproject.co.cc and http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-hosting/www.theaitenshiproject.co.cc with the same A Record.

then i went to my account page, and checked Check if using your own domain name and replaced it with theaitenshiproject.co.cc. after a few minutes, the pages show the cPanel installation successful page. i've already flushed my dns in my PC but the page is still the same.

what could be the problem?

EDIT:
Site now working, I replaced the A record from 74.86.116.188 to 74.86.133.219 (which is the shared IP in the cPanelX).
