need help in installing jomsocial

hi there,

I'm mujib, and i am an ardent fan of yours and wish to say thanx for your great service

and yeah back to the problem,

as you can see i have installed jooml 1.5 in my subdomain "http://theking2.wardharocks.tk" through "softaculous"
and it was fine, but when i try to install any version of jomsocial 1.8/2.0 it gives the following error during install.

ERROR:

"Error Loading ModulesMySQL server has gone away SQL=SELECT id, title, module, position, content, showtitle, control, params FROM jos_modules AS m LEFT JOIN jos_modules_menu AS mm ON mm.moduleid = m.id WHERE m.published = 1 AND m.access <= 2 AND m.client_id = 1 ORDER BY position, ordering."






This occurs during step 4 : Installing Ajax

after which the installation goes haywire and continues in some sense but not as it should. and during

step 9 : Installing Plugins

this error shows up.

ERROR:

I guess it is too messed up, and it may be mentioned that,

1) i have tried both joomla 1.6 and 1.5 for installing jomsocial on your server but no avail
2) i have tried two versions of jomsocial 1.8 and 2.0
3) i have successfully tested and installed the above com_community packages on diffrent server (confirming that there is no problem with installation packages)
4) i have tried every possible techniques known to me , like installing in root, or using various subdomains etc.
5) i have preferred your servers because, with respect to my location they are the best i can choose in case of bandwidth and your overall balance for free vs premium membership hosting is very wisely set so according to me for small sites, it is the best choice.
and wanted to say, apart from this database errors, you guyz rock,and so rocking are your servers.

We only do support through this forum and IRC, so no need to post your email address where the email harvesters can get it. I've removed it for you.

Those errors are temporary MySQL errors and should be cleared up by themselves. If you continue to have them, please let us know and we can notify the staff to examine the server for any problems. I haven't noticed anyone else having this problem today, so hopefully it was short lived and has passed.
