Need help please

Ok, i realized i really didnt describe the problem very well last time, and i'm sorry i wasnt able to check it until well after you locked it. my main problem is that my hosting account doesnt show up in my main account, it just says "you currently have no accounts" and actually i was able to log in using this old link to the login page, so it wasnt a huge deal, just an annoyance. But now that forum login checks just went around, it's suspended because it does not have this forum account attached to it, and i have no way to manage it... my hosting name is coolio site unrealprogramming.co.cc no clue what server. Thanks =D

try to link it ,login to account panel then Forum Account -> Swap in the panel.

No, its not my forum and main, its my main and hosting that need linking...

Your main and hosting is the same thing. There's only two accounts: forum (Forum and Account Panel) and hosting (cPanel).

What happens when you log in at http://x10hosting.com/control. Does it say your account isn't linked to a hosting account? or does it say hosting account Active?

Log in with the same details you used to login to these forums.

Make sure you log in with the username 'cooliojazz' and not your registered cPanel name.

When was the last time you were able to successfully log in to the Account Panel?

You should try to log into your client account (cpanel username and password), https://x10hosting.com/control and you should be able to link a forum account to that account on the very top section of the account panel.

If you already have a linked forum account it should say the username on there.
If you have no account linked, click on the link button and then the "swap" link above it to swap to your current in-use forum account.

My client account already has this forum account linked... And i think i've said that before...

So... if your current forum account is linked to your hosting account, why would it say you have no accounts?

Every cpanel username/password has a client account connected to it. If your client account says you have no hosting account and you can get to that url with your domain then you're not in the right client account.
