Need help regarding account creation

I'd like to request help regarding the status of my account bec. as I was signing up I only got to step 8 and then it went back to step 1. My forum account has been created and I have confirmed my email so here's what the account panel displays.

what is occurring status time submitted last updated
hosting account creation unknown 11:38 am 12:15 pm

pass this code onto any support staff if you're having difficulties with your account

I was just wondering why its status is unknown and not pending creation or being created.
Anyway, please kindly create my account asap. Hope to hear from you guys soon.
