I am fairly new and learning website design in school. I have been building a website in Dreamweaver. The Spry menu is working properly in Dreamweaver and when I preview it in browsers. I uploaded all of my files here and it is not working. Can someone please take a look at my site and help me figure out what I am doing wrong? Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Your menu uses (right click on your page in your browser and select "Show page source" and then look for things related to Spry)

http://kidsfightingcancers.com/SpryAssets/SpryMenuBarVertical.css
and
http://kidsfightingcancers.com/SpryAssets/SpryMenuBar.js

Both come up as "File Not Found" if you enter those URLs in your browser. So, they are not being loaded for your page and so the menu is not working.

Make sure they are there.
Make sure that the capitalization is correct. The Web is case sensitive. Most Microsoft products mess that up.

Not quite true - domain names are not case sensitive. https://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc4343.txt
Unix/Linux/etc distinguish files by case, which IMO is a bit daft. Maybe I do not know the right people, but I don't know anyone who intentionally has files called index.html, Index.html, INDEX.HTML, and wants them to be different.

And please get a better banner image or resize/crop (GIMP is an excellent free program to do image manipulation) the one you have.

With your current set up, the banner should be 960x204, or at least with that aspect ratio to avoid distortion.
