Hello!

I need help with an error that I get every time I use my mom's cell phone WiFi HotSpot. I get the error: "Your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or current connection has been blocked due to frequent abuse. If you are connecting via a network proxy, VPN, or Tor, please disable the service, sign-out, and then sign-in again." It keeps coming up at the address, https://x10hosting.com/sso/halt. Why is this and how could I fix it? As of right now I can't use my home Internet connection because it has been suspended and I don't want to lose any of my sites! I have four sites with you already and all of them I cannot afford to lose! One of them is on the account I am using right now, http://lg1webdesign.x10host.com/ and that is my Web Design company's site!

Please help!

Thank you,

With mobile providers - it is easy to wind up on a black-list - because of what other users did when they had your current IP address - the IP addresses that mobile providers hand out get shuffled around a lot - from user to user
it might be the current ISP's IP [ country code ] is not on x10hosting's "White-list" -:- or it shows you are using a proxy -:- if true you can not log-into a x10hosting's free-hosting account

I can't use my home Internet connection because it has been suspended
that could be a large issue

I have four sites with you already
must be nice - they let me have only one - as per the TOS
