Here it is showing that "Getting started", that means it is registered.

flush your dns, and browser cache and try....

Got to the page and holding the Shift key while clicking the Refresh button in your browser. It's possible that your browser has cached the "Domain available" page; this should force the browser to completely reload the page.

try to login to account panel and check. Once confirmed then try to login to your cpanel. We are getting the "Getting started" page.

You see another.

Somewhere in your system, (browser, IP, wherever), an old copy of what you posted is stored. Your system keeps giving you the old copy. Until your system decides to look for a more recent copy, you will get the old one.

It is your system's fault. Not x10hosting.
