need help with sftp

ok, so im using filezilla to upload my websites to the server, it works pretty well at the first few weeks, but just yesterday, the sftp doesn't work, i tried on other operating systems with all kinds of software, but all failed..Any solutions?

Did you try FTP as well?

yes and it works but my program doesn't support ftp..
