Where are you seeing this?

Edit: That's probably an error in the software you're using.

im seeing that on my index page on the mainmenu. where it show my name online.

What software are you using? Drupal, Joomla, custom designed, phpbb?
Edit:
the common mistake in software development is to not account for different timezones. Use snippets to change the time to UTC when saving stuff and back to your local timezone when displaying.

im using v2 but it was working right before until i accidently deleted my Users from my db and i have to redo my db over again....since then my online secs and mins been wrong......plus i need to change my timezone to EST time.....how do i do that.
