My site has a co.cc domain, if I were to purchase a .com domain and have it hosted here on x10, how should I do it? How should I change my co.cc into a .com domain?

Once you prchased your domain.
Then you have to change the name severs to

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Name servers propagation may take 24 to 48 hours

Then you can change your primary domain int account panel -->http://x10hosting.com/panel.php

Or

You can park the domain in your Cpanel.
