need help

my son has been keeping my site for me and he passed away on july 25 2010. it has taken me several week to figure out what account name and password was he was using. now the account has been shut down. how do i get it reinstated.

It seems like your account is Terminated.Once terminated account cannot be recovered back. Post your Cpanel username so that i can confirm whether its terminated or not

do not have Cpanel user name. it is the same as email address.

would like to keep web site active if possible.

i can not find any emails from X10 hosting except the one i got this morning.
