Need higher upload limit

I,m using my hosting for an educational site and the upload limit keeps us from uploading audio and video.i was wondering if you could lift the upload limit so we can upload these files. Due to file sizes the only way we can upload theme is thru ftp and given some of are partners not being local to us and not having much technical knowledge ftp isn't an option. Due to the email limits we can not have them email us the files to upload.

That's a server-wide setting, so it's not likely to change because of the potential for abuse. (And the uploader script itself may be a problem, depending on how it's implemented.) You can use something like Dropbox to facilitate the file transfer between yourselves and your content providers to get around email attachment limits; the free level has both the room and the features you'd need to get the job done. Please note, too, that there is a hard llimit of 1GB (combined) for media files, even on umetered accounts.
